Collection: Hot Honey

Sweet heat that belongs on everything. Our Hot Honey Collection features three levels of spicy honey — Smoked, Buzzin’, and Stingin’ — each one made with our raw honey and real peppers. Whether you like a hint of smoky warmth or face-melting ghost pepper heat, there is a bottle in this collection with your name on it.

Three Heat Levels, One Obsession

Our Smoked Honey is the mildest of the three, infused with morita chile (chipotle) peppers for a rich, smoky sweetness that adds depth to anything you put it on. Buzzin’ Hot Honey steps up the heat with ghost peppers at a medium level — enough kick to get your attention without overwhelming the flavor. And Stingin’ Hot Honey is our hottest, loaded with ghost peppers for serious heat that spicy food lovers crave. Not sure which one is for you? Try our Hot Honey Flight and taste all three side by side.

Ways to Use Hot Honey

Drizzle it on pizza — this is the classic and the reason most people fall in love with hot honey. Pour it over fried chicken, wings, or chicken tenders. Add it to a charcuterie board with cheese, crackers, and cured meats. Use it as a glaze for grilled salmon, pork chops, or roasted vegetables. Stir it into a cocktail, a margarita, or a spicy lemonade. Squeeze it onto cornbread, biscuits, or mac and cheese. Use it as a marinade for ribs, drumsticks, or pulled pork. Mix it in your barbecue to give it a kick. Once you start using hot honey, you will find a reason to put it on just about everything.
